Connect your workspace
Choose the project owner role, complete KYC, and open your SynFi workspace. You can join an existing deal environment or bootstrap a tenant to prepare a new project. Identity verification runs before deal tools unlock.
Step 02
Publish the thesis
Present your economic model, deliverables, revenue assumptions, and diligence materials in a structured project narrative. Capital partners review the same workspace view—no side letters buried in email threads.
Step 03
Structure before capital
The Legal Wrapper Engine recommends SPV, simple partnership, or profit participation agreement from deal size, partner count, asset type, and jurisdiction. Milestone plan, revenue waterfall, and reporting duties are versioned before any capital call.
Step 04
Deliver, recognize, distribute
Submit milestone evidence against agreed KPIs. When operating revenue is recognized, distributions flow through the fixed waterfall—return of body and profit share—with tax agent withholding and GL bridge exports. Every action ties to a wrapper version in the audit journal.
